Today's one of those days you have stuff to do, but just can't get going. I feels a lot like a Monday, not a Tuesday.

Yeah, I've had a couple cups of joe, but they just don't seem to be enough. I've had my quiet time. That was good, but it's just one of those days, I'm afraid.

The stuff I have to do isn't hard, just a lot of loose ends to get done.

Cindy and I, both, seem to have a hard time getting going this morning. I even had to entice her with a cup of coffee. . .oh wait, I do that every morning. Never mind. She's back at school this morning - her mission field. Please say a prayer for her today.

Camp is Good!

I'm home from a week at a student camp - Camp Chaparral . I was there teaching students how God created them for a place of ministry and encouraging them to involved - somehow. . .somewhere. I was also the guest of Pam & Steve Sparks. They are wonderful friends from my Lufkin days. Steve is the Assistant Director of the camp. Better give a shout out to the staff - Hey Mike, David, Heather, Doug, Tim, Nate, Govani (spelling?) - thanks for a great week. I was listening to one of the local radio stations - kwyq, The Way FM, this morning on the way to the office. Favorite Cereals

As I was scarfing down a bowl of Total I was thinking about my favorite cereals. Cereal has always been a part of our family - it didn't matter whether it was grabbing a bowl before school and sitting with my Grandpa as he at a bowl of Raisin Bran after church on Sunday nights. Growing up I had my faves. I would still eat them, but me and a lot of sugar in the morning is no bueno. As many of you can attest, it's not like I need more sugar! So I also have favorites now. Here's my list of favorite cereals: Then Cap'n Crunch - the original and all-time favorite, and breakfast with the Cap'n - how do you beat that?
